Constantin Morein has extensive experience in technical customer support and management, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Customer Support in the Customer Experience division at NICE since 2006. Significant achievements include orchestrating critical issue resolution for cloud customers, developing support teams for NICE's cloud portfolio, renewing major maintenance contracts with top banks in the APAC region, and successfully delivering numerous projects within budget and timelines. Prior experience includes system administration roles at Dr. Shlomo Cohen and Co. and Speedylink, supporting global IT infrastructures.
