Chris Joyner has over 19 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Presales Solutions Architect at NICE Systems since June 2014. In this role, Chris specializes in designing solutions for complex environments with numerous integrations, emphasizing the migration of customers to cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to NICE Systems, Chris held the position of Vice President - Enterprise Contact Center Architect and Technical Expert & Vendor Manager at JPMC from January 2001 to September 2013. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2004 and 2007.
