The Engineering and Development team at Nice House Of Plastics is responsible for innovating and optimizing the design and manufacturing processes of our diverse plastic products. The team, composed of a Maintenance Engineer-Trainee, Shift Engineer, and Design and Development Lead, ensures product quality and efficiency by developing new designs, maintaining equipment, and overseeing production operations to maintain our leading position in the East African plastic manufacturing industry.
