With a strong background in IT and architecture, Julien has been instrumental in leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions that align with organizational goals. Julien's expertise also includes incident management, team management, and digitalization of external communication in various government agencies and organizations. With a diverse educational background spanning from bioinformatics to contract management, Julien brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every role he undertakes.
