Tony Malloy, MS, CADC, has extensive experience in substance abuse counseling and management development. Currently serving as a Chemical Dependency Technician at Presence St. Joseph Hospital since July 2016, Tony specializes in detox and residential care, including group facilitation and case documentation. Since July 2011, Tony has also held the role of Substance Abuse/Dual Diagnosis Counselor at Nicasa, providing individual and group counseling. Prior experience includes serving as a Substance Abuse Intern and Counselor at Resurrection Behavioral Health Care, focusing on adolescent therapy, and as an OD/Training/Performance Improvement Coach with HRD Project Consultant. Tony’s career began with a role as Leadership Development Program Manager at W.W. Grainger, Inc., where responsibilities included coaching management development and leading change management initiatives. Tony holds an AASASD from the College of Lake County, an MSOD from Loyola University Chicago, and a BS in Journalism/Advertising from Kent State University.
