Raymond Fong has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Raymond started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at KYLD in 1996, and then moved on to become the Operations Director at VeilSide USA Inc. from 1999 to 2010. In this role, they established and developed the US branch, managed a team, conducted market research, and negotiated contracts and licensing fees.
Raymond then worked as an Account Executive at PCGCampbell in 2006 and as a Partner at triple8 Marketing in 2007.

In 2017, they became a Partner at the3x3league, a youth-oriented non-profit sports league promoting basketball and volleyball.
Most recently, in 2019, Raymond joined Nicalis, Inc. as the Director of Operations. Raymond managed online sales, marketing, and the development of new merchandise such as physical video games, toys, clothing, and collectibles. Raymond was also responsible for event planning, physical game sales for Sony and Nintendo platforms, and product fulfillment.

Raymond Fong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio Television Film from San Jose State University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997. Raymond went on to earn an Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from UCLA from 1999 to 2001. In 2012, Raymond enrolled in Cerritos College and pursued an Associate's degree in New Product Development, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in New Product Development from Cerritos College in November 2017 and in Composites from the same institution at an unspecified time. Raymond also attended Diablo Valley College from 1992 to 1994, although the specific degree or field of study they pursued there is unknown. Raymond returned to San Jose State University at some point, although the exact years and field of study for their second Bachelor's degree are unspecified.
