Lindsey Witcher has a strong background in project and portfolio management. Lindsey started their career at South Carolina Interactive in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager. Lindsey then joined Colorado Interactive / Colorado.gov in 2017, where they served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Lead Project Manager. In 2019, Lindsey moved to NIC Inc. and worked as a Senior Project Manager until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Project and Portfolio Management at NIC Inc.

Lindsey Witcher holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from Clemson University.
