Gavin Glossop has an extensive work experience in various companies. Gavin Glossop started their career in 2001 at Tesco PLC as a Trading Manager until 2004. Afterwards, they joined BP as an Area Manager from 2004 to 2009. Gavin Glossop then worked at Elior as an Operations Manager from 2009 to 2013. Currently, Gavin serves as the Facilities Services Director at NIC Services Group Ltd, a role they have been in since July 2013. In August 2022, they were promoted to National Operations Director within the same company.

Gavin Glossop attended Abbey Grange High School in Leeds from 1990 to 1995. After completing high school, they pursued further education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Leeds Metropolitan University.
