William Koole has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. William began their career at Amsterdam Exchanges AEX as a Customer Technical Support before moving on to The Greenery as a Planner/IT. William then worked at Euronext as a Service Manager and later joined DPA Flex as a Consultant. At ABN AMRO Bank N.V., they served as a Business Application Manager and eventually became a Project Manager. Following that, they worked at Visible solutions as an Owner/Consultant. William further expanded their expertise at NIBC Bank, where they held multiple positions including Associate Information Management NIBC Direct, Proces Manager Business Intelligence/SME InternetSavings, and Associate Director/Product Owner Retail Bank. In their most recent role at NIBC Bank, William was the Business Owner Retail Banking/Associate Director.

William Koole completed a Leading Digital Business Transformation program at IMD in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Trade from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in the period from 1991 to 1996. William also pursued a Management Related Fields degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which they completed between 1996 and 1997.
