Daniel Morton possesses extensive experience in finance and business management, currently serving as Finance Business Partner at nib New Zealand since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading a four-year planning process and collaborating with various departments. Prior roles include Performance & Planning Manager at NZ Health Partnerships, where Daniel delivered organizational accountability documents and managed two direct reports, and Reporting Manager at Inland Revenue NZ, responsible for accountability documents and supervising six direct reports. Earlier in Daniel's career, positions at ANZ involved managing planning cycles across various divisions and leading a $200 million General Ledger replacement program. With foundational experience as Flight Commander in the Royal New Zealand Air Force, Daniel holds a Graduate Diploma in Business from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Nelson Polytechnic.
