Phill Lambert, P. Eng., has extensive experience in infrastructure planning and operations within municipal settings. Currently serving as Acting Director of Water and Wastewater Services for Niagara Region since 2009, Phill oversees the management and compliance of water and wastewater services. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Infrastructure Planning & Development Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in development approvals and long-term growth strategies. Prior experience includes Acting Director of Operations for the City of Thorold and Project Manager at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, focusing on contractor management and environmental projects. Phill earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with an Honours Program in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph between 1994 and 1999.
