Wendy Baldin is an experienced management professional specializing in digital transformation, geospatial technology, and information management. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Transformation and Information Technology at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority, Wendy provides strategic leadership in spatial data usage, oversees GIS and data management application development, and manages IT infrastructure. Previous roles include GIS Supervisor at the City of Welland, where Wendy developed and maintained the Corporate GIS, and GIS, IM, and IT Coordinator for the Niagara Escarpment Commission, providing operational support and leading GIS projects. Wendy's extensive career also includes significant positions at GEO Morphix Ltd., GHD, Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority, and Lafarge Canada Inc., demonstrating a strong foundation in geospatial project management and technical expertise across various sectors. Wendy holds a Bachelor's of Environmental Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
