Susan O'Donnell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, sales, and education. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Director of Operations at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C. since November 2021, Susan also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at NHTI - Concord's Community College. Previous roles include Director of Community Relations at Benchmark Senior Living, General Manager at The Hotel Concord, and Regional Director of Sales at Duprey Hospitality. With a strong foundation in hospitality management, Susan has overseen various hotel and catering operations while serving as General Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing at Hay Creek Hotels. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, complemented by two Associate's degrees from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Business Management and Human Resources Management, Susan O'Donnell possesses a well-rounded skill set and deep industry knowledge.
