Kit Connick brings extensive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Managing Director for the East of England ICBs’ Collaborative at NHS since October 2024. Previously, Kit held multiple key positions at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System, including Chief Officer of Partnerships & Strategy and Director of Strategy & Planning from March 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles also include Director of Corporate Affairs and Associate Director of Corporate Affairs at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, focusing on patient engagement, stakeholder relations, and corporate projects. Additional experience encompasses directorships in corporate development and locality management at UnitingCare Partnership and various leadership roles in organizational development and business planning at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. Kit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/History of Art from the University of York and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham.
