Julie Sinclair FCIPD holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University. With extensive experience in the HR field, Julie transitioned into the Healthcare Sector as a CNS Support Administrator at NHS in April 2023 and also volunteers at Willowbrook Hospice. Previously, Julie served as the Head of HR at TVS Supply Chain Solutions from January 2007 to August 2023, managing HR teams across the UK and reporting to senior executives. Additionally, Julie worked as HR Services Manager at EEF North West, where significant growth in department turnover was achieved within a year.
