Lara Torrance is a trainee mental health nurse at NHS Lothian, focusing on mental health care since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a healthcare worker at NHS Scotland from September 2021 to September 2022 and working as a carer at Constance Care from August 2020 to September 2022. Lara began a career in the hospitality industry as a modern apprentice at Apex Hotels from June 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included delivering excellent customer service to a diverse range of guests. Lara Torrance is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing at The Open University, having completed secondary education at Deans Community High School from 2014 to 2019.
