Arnaud MARTIN is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Human Policy Committee at NHOOD since January 2022, Arnaud MARTIN previously held the position of HR Director at SUEZ from October 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing HR operations during a major corporate takeover and leading teams of up to 15 employees. Prior to that, Arnaud MARTIN worked as HR Director at Ogilvy Paris, overseeing HR during the COVID crisis, and held significant roles at KLEPIERRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Unibail-Rodamco, and Air France, focusing on talent management, change management, and strategic HR initiatives.
