Tim Reid is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and communications, currently serving as the Customer Relationship Director at NHBC since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held various leadership positions at Four Communications, including Managing Director of Group Client Services and Group Client Services Director from February 2016 to December 2020. Tim also served as Managing Partner and Property Director at Good Relations Property between July 2012 and February 2016, and played key roles at TTA Group in several capacities from November 2007 to July 2012. Earlier experience includes marketing and communications roles at London & Quadrant Group and RICS, where Tim developed foundational skills in communications and client management.
