Servaas Hilgers is an experienced media professional currently serving as Coördinator Amsterdam redactie at NH Media since January 2021. Prior roles include senior bureauredacteur at Talpa Network from May 2019 to January 2021, and positions as a redactie member for DWDD at BNNVARA, journalist for EenVandaag at AVROTROS, and journalist at RTL Nederland and AT5. Hilgers began a journalism career at Lokale Nieuwsdienst Amsterdam. Educational qualifications include a master of arts in Rhetoric, Argumentation and Philosophy and a bachelor in Law, both from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Gymnasium diploma from Sint Nicolaas Lyceum.
