Isabella Ulloa is a Strategy & Partnerships Consultant currently self-employed since December 2022, with a focus on collaborating with social entrepreneurs, businesses, non-profits, and government agencies to enhance innovative initiatives. Active as a consultant for the Ford Foundation and American University’s Khan Institute, Isabella also serves as a Strategic Advisor for organizations such as NGO-ISAC and WOHASU. With previous experience as Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Isabella has held impactful roles across various sectors since 2019, including membership in NationSwell. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University and attendance at Ransom Everglades School.
