Anne-Kjersti Klingsheim is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in contract advisory and public procurement. Currently serving as a Contract Advisor at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute since April 2023, previous roles include serving as an Advokat and Advokatfullmektig at Advokatfirmaet Tønset AS, as well as an Advokatfullmektig at Vaar Advokat AS. Prior to these positions, Anne-Kjersti worked as an Advokatfullmektig and Contract Manager at Avinor Air Navigation Services, and also gained experience in public procurement at Odin Prosjekt AS. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bergen and a specialized course in Child Law from the University of Oslo. Additional early experience includes serving as a Home Care Assistant at Nittedal kommune and a Scientific Assistant at the University of Bergen.
