Mitch Debora is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mosaic Manufacturing, a digital manufacturing company specializing in advanced polymer-based multi-material additive manufacturing since June 2014. In addition, Mitch serves as a Board Member at NGen Canada's Additive Manufacturing Advisory Board. Previously, Mitch founded and served as President of Vivid 3D Inc., which provided professional-grade 3D printing and design services from May 2013 to July 2015. Mitch's earlier roles include an Engineering Intern at MEVOTECH, where an invention led to patent applications, and a Junior Project Engineer at Moose Power, conducting feasibility investigations for solar energy systems. Additionally, Mitch managed a waterski program at Camp Walden in 2012. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University, obtained in 2014.
