Herald B. is an experienced professional in business development and education, currently serving as Lead of Business Development & Partnerships and Programme Lead at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's CET Academy since January 2019. Herald actively engages with schools and industry partners to design and deliver courses aimed at upskilling adult learners.
