Doğa Gatos is a UX/UI Designer at NGDATA, where responsibilities include enhancing the user experience of the Intelligent Engagement Platform and facilitating its transition to a SaaS model. Key tasks involve developing a design system, collaborating with developers and data scientists, and refining user documentation. Previous roles include Research and Teaching Assistant at Koç University, Visiting Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology, and UX Researcher & Designer at TURKCELL Global Bilgi. Doğa holds a Ph.D. in Design, Technology and Society from Koç University, and has participated in innovation-focused education programs at the University of Antwerp and Yildiz Technical University.
