Tommi Ng, PHR, is a highly experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in HR management, risk management, and organizational support. Currently serving as the Principal Consultant at Ng Consulting Services since September 2024, Tommi previously held the position of Assistant Director of HR/Risk Management for the City of Redlands from February 2012 to September 2024. In this role, Tommi was responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment, benefits management, training, and legislative compliance. Prior to that, Tommi held various HR roles at San Bernardino Community College District, Citigroup Financial, and Sears Credit Central. Tommi's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from National University and a Specialized Studies Certificate in Legal Risk Management from the University of California, Irvine.
