Tim Carlton is an experienced professional in drug development and biotechnology, currently serving as the Director of Drug Development at NG Bio since April 2022. Previously, Tim held senior consulting roles at Williamson Biotech Solutions Ltd and Baehl Innovation, focusing on market analysis and drug development strategies for life sciences companies. Tim has also managed autoimmune research projects at Imcheck Therapeutics and contributed significantly to preclinical drug discovery at VHsquared Ltd. Tim's expertise is further supported by a background in patent law as a trainee patent attorney and extensive research experience, including a postdoctoral position at the University of Cambridge. Tim holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Otago, alongside training in intellectual property law.
