John Andreini is a seasoned professional in real estate and venture capital with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at CP Partners CRE since January 2008, John focuses on real estate investments across the United States. As the Founder and Managing Partner at EvCap Investments since February 2012, John provides joint venture capital to developers and franchise owners nationwide. In February 2020, John became a Founding Partner at Ethos VC, engaging in venture capital investments in notable companies such as Spotify and Stripe. Additionally, John has been an Advisor at Natural Fiber Welding since September 2021, contributing expertise to create sustainable materials for the fashion and automotive industries. John's earlier experience includes roles at Marcus & Millichap, where specialization in net leased investments was key, and Arroyo & Coates, where management of shopping centers and apartments took place.
