Filip Dudzinski is currently a Professional Trainee in the HR Scheme at NFU Mutual since September 2023 and is the founder of DubSports, which supports emerging sports journalists and content creators. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Henderson Drake, where Filip specialized in executive search resourcing in the FinTech and Enterprise Performance Management sectors. Previous roles also include a Shop Assistant at the food WAREHOUSE, a Human Resources Intern at Thesocialtalks, and a Warehouse Assistant at Will Barnes Ltd. Early work experiences at AXA and Miramedia Ltd. provided insights into customer service and IT skills, respectively. Filip holds a degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia, completed in 2023.
