Chris Hudson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems improvement and fraud management. Current roles at NFU Mutual include Senior Business Systems Improvement Analyst and previously served as Business Systems Improvement Analyst and Regional Customer Services MI Analyst since June 2018. Prior roles include Management Information Coordinator at Inspire 2 Independence and various fraud-related positions at Global Crossing, where Chris held the title of Fraud Management Systems Consultant, Systems and Process Manager, and IT Support Manager over several years. Chris also contributed as a Director for the Telecoms UK Fraud Forum and began a career in IT support at Yorkshire Electricity. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Leeds.
