Terry Wickland has extensive work experience in the nuclear filter industry. Terry began their career at Nuclear Filter Technology in 1990 as a Product Engineer, where they developed a carbon filter manufacturing process and managed a team of technicians. Terry then held various roles at NFT, including Director of Marketing from 1995 to 1998, President from 2009 to 2011, and Senior Vice President before becoming CEO and President in 2018. Throughout their career, they have been primarily responsible for business development, marketing NucFil products, and overseeing the NQA-1 Nuclear Quality Assurance program. Additionally, they served as Vice President at Nuclear Filter Technology from 1998 to 2009.

Terry Wickland obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Western Colorado University from 1982 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus on Finance at Northern Arizona University from 1989 to 1990.
