Swati Buddhavarapu, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of Talent, Organizational Development and Change Management at Bright Horizons and is a Founding Member of nFormation. Previously, Swati held the position of Vice President in Talent Management & Development at Brown Brothers Harriman and served as Practice Lead and Director of Global Talent Management at Manulife. Earlier roles include Manager of Selection & Assessment at CSX Transportation and Talent Management Consultant in Management Consulting. With extensive experience in leadership selection, assessment, and development, Swati has also worked as an Organizational Consultant at Right Management and held part-time consulting roles at Wayne State University and Psych Assets. Swati's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and degrees in Psychology from Bangalore University and Jyoti Nivas College.
