Suparna Basu-Ravis currently serves as the Global Head of People for Investor Services & Technology at Brown Brothers Harriman, where leadership of the HR agenda includes managing the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition functions since June 2023. As a Founding Member of nFormation, a unique community for women of color, Suparna plays a pivotal role in reshaping power dynamics to empower high-performing women of color. Prior experience includes tenure as Chief People Officer at Acceleration Partners and Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman, overseeing HR strategies for a global workforce. Previous roles at Moody's Corporation, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley focused on recruitment optimization and HR analytics. Suparna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
