Christian Schneider has extensive experience in the telecommunications and cyber security sectors, currently serving as a Cyber Security Analyst at NFON AG since June 2010. Previously at NFON AG, roles included Support Representative, Team Leader for 2nd Level Support, and Senior Customer Support Engineer, focusing on advanced debugging of SIP, DECT, and VoIP, as well as internal and external training and knowledge base management. Prior to NFON, Christian Schneider worked at Savecall from October 2005 to June 2010, where responsibilities included technical sales support and project management for ISDN and IP VPN systems. Early career experience includes project planning and support for telecommunication systems at GR-Consulting GmbH from January 2003 to July 2005.
