The Program Management team at NFI North is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's community-based services. This includes coordinating between various programs, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed, and meeting the individual psychological, emotional, behavioral, and educational needs of the clients served across New Hampshire and Maine. The team, consisting of several Assistant Program Directors, plays a crucial role in achieving the mission to inspire and empower individuals to live successfully in their own homes and communities.
