Rathi Suresh currently serves as Partner of Commercial Strategy at TRINITY since December 2020 and as Founding Limited Partner at Neythri Futures Fund since March 2021, an initiative aimed at enhancing diversity in the venture capital ecosystem by promoting South Asian women as key investors. Additionally, Rathi holds a membership in Chief, a private network designed for senior women leaders to bolster their leadership journeys. Prior experience includes roles as Partner and Associate Partner at BluePrint Research Group from September 2013 to December 2020, and various positions at ZS Associates from August 2007 to July 2013. Rathi Suresh earned a Ph.D. in Genetics and Development from Columbia University and a B.S. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry from Rutgers University.
