Ansuya Ghosh is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Human Resources at NexusLink Services India Pvt Ltd and Ninja Tech since August 2021, Ansuya has honed skills in onboarding, induction, payroll management, policy making, statutory compliance, and handling employee grievances. Prior to these roles, Ansuya worked as a Sr. HR Generalist at Arth I-Soft from May 2015 to July 2021 and as an HR Executive at Axiom BPM Services Pvt Ltd from June 2013 to August 2014. Ansuya holds a Post Graduation in Human Resources Management from Bhavan’s HB Institute of Communication & Management and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration.
