Dawn B is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at NRC Health, currently serving as Vice President of Solutions Experts since January 2022, after holding positions as Vice President of Customer Strategy and Director of Customer Success. Prior to NRC Health, Dawn B held the position of Director of Health System Services at Bryan Health, where responsibilities included engaging with 48 critical access hospitals and providing education on best practices in various areas. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dawn B contributed as Lean Transformation Project Manager, Assistant Director of Faculty Development Fellowship, and Epic Implementation Project Manager, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and project management.
