Vinit Malhotra has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Vinit is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Nexus Group – Global since April 2023. Before that, in April 2021, they founded Mindy.Health. In 2015, they became a member of both 4potentials and -Nova-. Additionally, they co-founded Shortcut Sweden and worked as a Business Development Co-Founder from June 2021 to November 2022.

Prior to these roles, Vinit worked at DYNAMO Consulting where they held multiple positions. From February 2017 to June 2021, they served as the Head of Consulting // Tech Manager, responsible for managing and negotiating over 120 assignments for external clients. Vinit was also a Technical Product Owner from July 2016 to March 2017.

Vinit's earlier experience includes working as the Managing Director of the Mumbai subsidiary of Bombayworks AB from April 2013 to November 2015. Vinit also served as a Project Manager at Bombayworks AB from September 2012 to April 2013.

In the early stages of their career, Vinit worked as a Consultant at Ericsson AB from 2006 to 2011 and completed an internship at the same company in 2005. Additionally, they gained customer service experience at Citibank from April 2004 to May 2005.

Vinit Malhotra has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which was obtained between 2000 and 2006. In 2007, they completed a Basic Course in The Religions, History and Cultural History of India at Uppsala University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in May 2017 and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
