Valerie Antequera is an experienced program manager with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Program Manager and previously as Program Specialist at nextSource since November 2018, Valerie has demonstrated expertise in coordinating complex programs. Prior to this role, Valerie worked as a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner at Ideal Image, and held various positions in recruitment and HR, including Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist at 121 Inflight Catering and Recruiter at The Adecco Group. Valerie's career began at BAM Medical P.C. as an Office Manager, with earlier experience as a Therapy Staffing Coordinator at Personal Touch Home Care. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree from Queens College and an Associate's degree from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY).
