Ronald Barnes has extensive experience in customer support and service management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at NEXTRAN TRUCK CENTER since June 2003. Prior to this role, Ronald held the position of Regional Service Manager at Mack Trucks, Inc. from September 1971 to June 2002. Ronald's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Dekalb Community College obtained between 1976 and 1980, as well as studies in Diesel Technology, Diesel Mechanics, Welding, and Basic Electrical at the same institution from 1970 to 1971.
