Yasmin Hashambhoy Ramsay is a seasoned professional in the field of bioinformatics and translational genomics, currently serving as Director of Translational Bioinformatics at NextPoint Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Jounce Therapeutics, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing bioinformaticians and wet lab scientists to scientific leadership on multiple clinical trials. Yasmin has a strong background in biomarker analysis, having contributed significantly to numerous clinical trials and research programs. Prior to Jounce, experience at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals included defining biomarkers for TRAIL response and designing pivotal studies. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a BSc in Mathematics and Engineering from Queen's University.
