She has served on executive committees with Hilton, Marriott, and Independent Luxury Brands providing strategic and tactical guidance to drive optimal business outcomes and exceptional results for customers.

Her scope also included facilities and asset management, vendor engagement, and capital projects. She has led several technology implementations and has brought that expertise to NextPoint Group, integrating and improving HRIS systems with a focus on user experience.
