Sofia Salome Acosta has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Sofia Salome began their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Assistant at Pezzati Viajes. In 2014, they moved on to Actif Coaching & Consulting as a Coach & Trainer. In 2015, they joined Makro Hipermayorista as a Human Resources Generalist. From 2017-2018, they were a Technical Recruiter at SYF CONSULTORES. In 2018, they began their role as a Recruiting Analyst at SparkDigital. Finally, in 2020, they became the Quality & Talent Experience Manager, Technical Recruiting Coordinator, and Sr. Technical Recruiting Analyst at Nexton.

Sofia Salome Acosta holds a Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos from Universidad FASTA, obtained between 2010 and 2014 with a focus on Gesti贸n de recursos humanos/Administraci贸n de personal, general. Sofia Salome also holds a Postgrado en Inteligencia Emocional en las Organizaciones from Universitat de Barcelona, obtained between 2017 and 2018 with a focus on Desarrollo de recursos humanos. Additionally, Acosta holds a certification as a Coach Ontol贸gico Profesional from D&L Group Latinoamerica - Desarrollo y Cambio Organizacional, obtained in April 2014.
