Maria Luz Garcia Codd has a long and varied work experience. Maria Luz began their career in 2001 as a Director's Office Assistant at Daniel Celestino Communication Marketing. In 2004, they joined Novo Nordisk Pharma Argentina as a General Manager Assistant and Corporate Communication Responsible. Maria Luz also held the position of Marketing Assistant and Front Office Receptionist. In 2012, they moved to Nestle as a General Director Assistant, managing confidential and sensitive information and organizing events and executive committee activities. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Medtronic as an Executive Assistant, providing assistance to the CEO of Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Most recently, they have been a Sr. Recruiter at Nexton, helping US companies hire the best remote engineers.

Maria Luz Garcia Codd completed their B.A. in Communication from the University of Buenos Aires between 2001 and 2009.
