Lucas Arana has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Work & Travel in Vermont, US for Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Freelance Technical Support providing maintenance and repair for a wide range of computer systems. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Broadcast Engineer (IT) at Playboy TV Latin America & Iberia, managing Linux, Mac, and Windows servers, as well as MAM systems. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Python Developer at Leander Games, developing 100+ online casino games. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Software Engineer & Technical Lead at Kenwin - COPC Implementation Partner, leading the development of a Django REST API to replace a legacy SOAP system. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Sr. Technical Recruiting Director and then Vice President of Talent at Nexton. As Sr. Technical Recruiting Director, they developed a scalable recruiting system and increased annual revenue from $50,000 to $1 million. As Vice President of Talent, they increased annual revenue from $1 million to $20 million and grew the interviewer team from 5 people to 200+.
