Tracy Downer has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and management. In their most recent role as Customer Success Director at Nexthink, they have been responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving success. Prior to this, Tracy held positions at Genesys as Director and Senior Manager of International Customer Success, overseeing international customer relations. Tracy Downer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, General from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Tracy has also obtained the CCXP certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in December 2019 and the Adobe Certified Expert - Analytics Business Practitioner certification from Adobe in February 2019.
