Matthew Diteljan is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in youth marketing and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Entrepreneur in Residence at Columbia Basin Trust, Matthew empowers startups to scale beyond $1M in revenue. As a Board Member at NextGrad, valuable insights are provided on strategic planning and growth initiatives, leveraging experiences from previous leadership roles. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Glacier, Matthew transformed youth marketing through innovative advertising strategies that connected brands with high school students. Matthew also contributed as Board Member and Chair of the EO Calgary Accelerator Program, guiding early-stage entrepreneurs toward significant revenue growth. Early entrepreneurial efforts included co-founding Pocket Homes, a real estate technology startup, at the age of 23.
