Chng Ker Sing has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2001, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Pentamaster Corporation, where they identified business opportunities and increased customer networks. Chng also managed worldwide exhibitions and led corporate marketing projects. From 2006 to 2007, Chng was a Program Assistant at Sanmina. In 2009, they joined IQ-GROUP as a Business Development Executive, responsible for customer order management and generating sales reports. At TES Electronic Solutions from 2011 to 2014, Chng worked in project management, processing and submitting quotations. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Logistics Manager at Free2move AB, processing and verifying quotations. In 2016, Chng worked at Lexi Solutions as a Program Manager and later as a Project Manager at Lexi. Chng is currently serving as the Operations Manager at NextGlass Technologies since 2018.

Chng Ker Sing attended the Systematic Business Training Centre for an unspecified period. Chng obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Marketing from the University of Abertay, Dundee.
