Mortero Jr Victor has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles within the finance and education sectors. Currently serving as a Performance Manager and previously as a Senior Client Account Executive at NextGear Capital since June 2013, Victor has demonstrated expertise in client relations and performance management. Prior experience includes a Digital Media Senior Representative position at Cars.com, as well as leadership roles at TD as AVP of Retail Credit Collections and as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Andover College. Victor's career began at Ford Motor Credit Company as a Dealer Account Manager, followed by positions at Citifinancial Auto and various roles that highlight a strong background in dealer development and retail credit. Victor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from the University of Maine at Farmington.
