Jessica Rutkowski is an experienced professional with a background in management and leadership. At NextGear Capital since September 2013, Jessica serves as a Portfolio Manager. Previously, Jessica held the position of Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from March 2009 to September 2013 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Eat'n Park Hospitality Group from June 2001 to March 2009. Educationally, Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Mercyhurst University (2004-2007) and studied Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at St. Bonaventure University (2003-2004). Currently, Jessica is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership at Mercyhurst University, both degrees started in October 2023 and January 2021, respectively.
